Who you are
- 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience in regulated financial services, banking, wealth management, fintech or a similar complex environment
- Strong background in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis
- Proven experience with financial control, group consolidation, statutory reporting, audit management and tax oversight
- Demonstrated ability to manage cash, liquidity, treasury and capital allocation in a multi-entity business
- Experience working with boards, shareholders, auditors and senior executives in a high-accountability setting
- Strong understanding of regulated financial services environments and the discipline required to operate within them
- Excellent communication, judgement and integrity, with the ability to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders
What the job involves
- 11:FS Holdings is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function through the next stage of the Group’s development. This is a senior strategic role at the centre of a multi-jurisdictional financial services and technology group, with responsibility for building a robust financial operating model that supports growth, control and governance
- Working closely with the CEO office, Board, shareholders and key advisers, you will shape group-level financial strategy, strengthen reporting and ensure the finance function provides clear insight for decision-making. The role combines commercial partnership with disciplined oversight across planning, capital allocation, treasury, statutory reporting, audit and controls
- As the Group expands in complexity, you will modernise the finance function and help create the infrastructure needed to support acquisitions, regulated activities and international operations. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a highly credible finance executive who can bring structure, judgement and pace to a fast-moving environment
- Own the Group’s financial strategy and operating model, defining how finance should be structured and scaled across entities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and board commentary to provide clear and decision-useful insight
- Oversee group consolidation, statutory accounts, audit management, tax coordination and financial controls
- Manage treasury, liquidity forecasting, capital allocation and cash visibility across the Group
- Support prudential and regulatory finance obligations, including relevant governance, reporting and capital planning requirements
- Partner with the CEO, Board and shareholders on strategic planning, funding decisions, acquisitions and restructuring activity
- Strengthen finance processes, systems, workflows and automation to improve reliability, speed and auditability
- Lead and develop the finance team, setting high standards for accuracy, accountability and commercial judgement
