Who you are

  • This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, resourceful, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • 3-5 years experience in management consulting or business operations
  • At home with data: You’re totally at ease digging into data, especially with SQL, Python, and Excel
  • Deep understanding of B2B, sales-led motions, pipeline management, and forecasting. Experience building sales and marketing systems
  • Excellent presentation skills, especially as it relates to complex analyses that need to be translated to a broader audience
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with Salesforce admin

What the job involves

  • In the Business Operations Role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently
  • This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across multiple teams—including sales, marketing, customer success, and product—to identify and solve operational challenges
  • You’ll analyze data, develop processes, and provide actionable insights to help us scale effectively
  • Deliver high-quality financial and business performance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency across teams
  • Support Sales and Finance leadership in quarterly strategy planning, including forecasting and financial metric analysis
  • Collaborate with leadership to set financial goals, monitor performance against targets, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to develop automated data reporting and analytics tools
