Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, resourceful, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- 3-5 years experience in management consulting, investment banking or business operations
- At home with data: You’re totally at ease digging into data, especially with SQL, Python, and Excel
- Deep understanding of B2B, sales-led motions, pipeline management, and forecasting. Experience building sales and marketing systems
- Excellent presentation skills, especially as it relates to complex analyses that need to be translated to a broader audience
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Salesforce admin
What the job involves
- In the Business Operations Role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently
- This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across multiple teams—including sales, marketing, customer success, and product—to identify and solve operational challenges
- You’ll analyze data, develop processes, and provide actionable insights to help us scale effectively
- Deliver high-quality financial and business performance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency across teams
- Support Sales and Finance leadership in quarterly strategy planning, including forecasting and financial metric analysis
- Collaborate with leadership to set financial goals, monitor performance against targets, and provide actionable recommendations
- Partner with data and engineering teams to develop automated data reporting and analytics tools
