• Skills and qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing and/or consulting, preferably from a top-tier firm/agency
• Experience in research, crafting marketing strategies and activating campaigns
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and storytelling
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
• Self-prioritization, autonomy, and time management - comfortable working on multiple complex and highly ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity
• High degree of empathy for others’ perspectives and circumstances - emotional intelligence, strong relationship-building, and teamwork skills
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field

• Your expertise will extend to providing strategic guidance on customer segmentation, pricing strategies, optimal marketing channels, persuasive messaging, and more. You will work across multiple client engagements, work with multidisciplinary teams, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's broader vision, operations, and cultural identity
• Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and objectives
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities
• Develop customized strategic recommendations and solutions to address client needs
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and execute strategic initiatives
