Who you are

We’re looking for an experienced UX Writer or Content Designer with native level German language skills and fluent English
The role will be remote, though the successful candidate must be based in the UK and available to start at short notice
Native German language skills are essential for this role
3+ years of experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer
Hands-on writing skills, including UX writing, microcopy, and editing for web and mobile experiences
Strong understanding of data analytics and methods for evaluating the impact of content
Experience working on B2C digital products, ideally with large or international user bases
You enjoy working in fast-paced startups; you’re proactive and embrace change
You work collaboratively with Product, Engineering and UX Research colleagues to drive forward initiatives across multiple concurrent projects
Design thinking and a user-centric approach to creating content
Information architecture know-how; the ability to structure content to meet customer needs
You know your way around Figma and Miro

What the job involves

You’ll work with a talented team of product designers, product managers, researchers and developers
You’ll be part of our growing Content Design team, helping to plan, create, and evolve content for our products
You will be comfortable working across UX writing, UX research, and UX design. It will be second nature to collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and other cross-functional teams
You'll build an understanding of our customers, contribute to the product roadmap, and craft captivating experiences
You'll be building solutions for brands that help 1000s of people every single day to improve their health
You’ll own the German language content for our products, being responsible for UX content, alongside some email and brand content collaborations
Translate written content from English to German and vice versa
Plan and run content tests, using data to understand and present which kind of content is most effective
Work with UX researchers and product designers to identify gaps in end-user understanding and make content recommendations to resolve them
Collaborate with designers on information architecture and the overall narrative and messaging for different parts of the online journey
Write, edit, test, and improve existing content across HeliosX (like landing pages and UX copy)
Link up with Marketing to ensure content meets comms and business goals
Ensure consistency across customer touch points and journeys
