The Project Manager, People Team, shapes a cohesive employee experience by delivering impactful HR projects
This role drives engagement, development, and inclusivity while aligning initiatives with company goals
With a curious mindset and a passion for challenging the status quo, the Project Manager designs creative, scalable solutions and champions a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Designing, implementing, and optimizing HR programs to enhance employee experience, support company goals, and drive talent development
Leading project planning and execution for HR programs with clear timelines and objectives
Launching and running initiatives like employee recognition, onboarding, DEIB efforts, and manager development
Continuously improving programs using feedback, industry best practices, and trends
Presenting updates and insights to leadership on program progress and outcomes
Defining and tracking KPIs to measure impact and guide data-driven decisions
Using HR technologies to streamline management and improve the Homie experience
Ensuring consistent, accessible documentation for all programs

Homebase provide employees and businesses with time tracking applications, with a range of other HR functionality built in. Homebase automates the process of managing employee scheduling, and also helps companies improve internal communications.

The company contributes to the reduction of paperwork in an office by turning an array of devices into time clocks that track hours and overtime, while also providing payroll support. This makes it easier for companies to remain in sync, running a more efficient operation as a result.
