Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting go-to-market or sales teams, preferably at a high-growth startup or health tech organization
- Proven history of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent at various levels
- Effective advisor to hiring managers, with experience guiding them through the end-to-end recruiting process to ensure they are building high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You are a high-touch, quality-focused professional who respects the time of both candidates and hiring managers
- Bring a team player mentality; you are ready to help wherever needed to meet business goals and support the team
- Thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments and energized by the challenge of helping a company scale
What the job involves
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across our Go-to-Market teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, who are all dedicated to our mission
- Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and initial engagement to negotiation and closing. You'll ensure a positive, empathetic, and intentional experience for every candidate
- Develop and implement structured hiring plans for all roles, ensuring a consistent and objective evaluation process that helps us hire the very best talent; create the playbook for hiring across these functional areas for the organization
- Lead continuous improvement efforts for your recruiting loops; participate in recruiting retros, analyze and act on candidate experience surveys, and proactively identify and implement other opportunities for improvement
- Partner closely with our People and Executive teams to create a seamless hiring experience; model effective cross-functional communication and collaboration
