- Experience: 2+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in an onboarding, implementation, or customer success role
- Start-Up Experience: Previous experience leading onboarding projects in a fast-paced startup environment
- AI Software Knowledge: Familiarity with AI software and applications
- Bid-Writing Industry Exposure: Understanding of the bid-writing space, including industry-specific challenges and opportunities
What the job involves
- AutogenAI is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the primary guide for new customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience implementing our platform
- You’ll manage onboarding journeys, configure the platform to meet customer needs, deliver impactful training, and drive early adoption and engagement
- Your work will help customers reach key milestones and set the stage for long-term success with AutogenAI
- Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers and guide them through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and successful start with AutogenAI
- Project Management: Create and manage tailored project plans, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are consistently achieved
- Platform Configuration: Configure the AutogenAI platform to meet customer-specific requirements, ensuring early value and adoption
- Training Delivery: Deliver comprehensive onboarding training sessions—both foundational and advanced—in virtual or in-person formats
- Customer Engagement: Provide proactive support and guidance throughout the implementation phase, ensuring customers feel confident and supported
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure continuity, share feedback, and create a seamless customer experience
- Customer Communication: Maintain consistent communication to keep customers informed on progress, platform updates, and key next steps
- Customer Handover: Coordinate smooth handoffs to Customer Success post-implementation, supporting strong ongoing relationships

Companies spend a large amount of time and resources writing copy, with sales writing alone being a significant spend. Not only is the cost of writing talents' time an issue, it's also a constant worry to ensure that everyone is putting their best foot forward at all times adhering to the company's style guide, and the cost of miscommunications and errors in both internal and external communications is being minimised.
Utilising the latest advances in natural language processing, AutogenAI seeks to replace manually-generated content with text generated by its General Language Engine, also known as Genny-1. Its multi-disciplinary team works with clients to understand their needs, collates existing text to fine tune its model to that company's voice, then deploys Genny-1 in the areas of the business where it will have the greatest impact.
While this is likely to produce the best returns in bid proposals and other high value-add activities, AutogenAI can be applied to a wide range of internal and external business processes such as marketing, sales and public relations. As the use of AI becomes more mainstream, AutogenAI seeks to position itself as a vital tool in all forms of business communication, and substantial funding rounds show that it is well poised to achieve this.
