Who you are

Excellent administration skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Knowledge or experience of LMS and online portals
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in layman's terms
A can do attitude and excellent stakeholder management skills
Certification or a qualification related to LMS administration would be an advantage

What the job involves

Joining our PCS learn team, you will you will be responsible for the daily operations and configuration support for our Learning Management System (LMS) and on-demand platforms
Bringing previous administration experience, you will support the implementation and maintenance of content and resources used within the system
Taking on the role of internal expert, you will use support end-users with using our systems and identify opportunities for internal process improvements
Maintain policies and procedures to support the integrity of our platforms
Create users and manage enrolments onto learning pathways
Troubleshoot systems issues and work collaboratively with the Product Delivery team and other internal teams to resolve these
Analyse data to identify opportunities for process and quality improvements
Recommend solutions to use the systems to deliver organisational objectives
