Who you are

Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a similar field
Have 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in high-growth companies, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Have sales experience in/around the event ticketing industry
Display the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Show strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Show commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
Are fluent in English on the level of a native speaker

What the job involves

Implement strategic sales plans in close collaboration with upper management to hit our new logo sales targets
Hunt vivenu's target accounts along with our BDRs and pitch our product via the initial call
Convert initial calls into 2nd meetings at a high rate of success
Manage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle i.e. User Buyer, Technical Buyer, Economic Buyer, CX
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and fully understanding their needs and wants
Close deals with new clients, further expanding our customer base
Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of new products and competition status at all times

Our take

Organizing the ticketing for live and online events requires vast infrastructure, and therefore many event companies use online ticketing platforms. However, these platforms often only offer basic ticket design options and come with unfair charges that greatly reduce revenue for the company.

Vivenu provides a ticket sales management and marketing platform, focused on helping clients to customize the branding of tickets and their listings. The platform is designed to suit any scale of events company and uses a subscription pricing model to ensure that companies earn all of the revenue from the tickets they sell.

Whilst the company will face fierce competition from large ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster, Vivenu shows great potential to compete by identifying the need for a more customizable ticketing solution. Through its personalization capabilities, scalability, and zero-fee ticket transactions, the company aims to help any event company optimize sales and grow without losing profits to marketplaces.
