- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in paid advertising roles with a focus on e-commerce campaigns
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google AdWords, Google Banners, and Google PPC
- E-Commerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of e-commerce strategies and best practices is essential
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet performance goals

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a results-driven professional to take charge of our paid advertising campaigns and deliver outstanding performance across major digital platforms
- This position will be onsite in our Miami office in Wynwood
- Develop and Optimize Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google AdWords, Google Banners, and Google PPC, with a strong focus on e-commerce performance
- Drive Results: Increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads through strategic online campaigns tailored for e-commerce success
- Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize for maximum ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and persuasive copy that align with e-commerce objectives and resonate with the target audience
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine campaign strategies
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge
- Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage budgets to ensure efficient ad spend and maximum ROI
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Perform other duties as directed
