Who you are

Are you passionate about people, workplace culture, and the gaming or technology industries?
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Minimum 1 year of experience in an office-based or workplace support role
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
Must be available to work onsite part time from 9 am to 1 pm
Experience in Facilities or Health & Safety is a plus

What the job involves

We're looking for a Workplace Specialist to join our global video games and entertainment company — a team that thrives on innovation, creativity, and collaboration
This is an onsite position offering hands-on training and the opportunity to work directly with teams across Europe

Monitor and manage supplies (stationery, furniture, subscriptions, appliances, electronics, consumables)
Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure the office remains clean, safe, and well-maintained
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
Oversee postage, courier services, shipping, and billing
Ensure compliance with security, access control, and health & safety policies
Assist in onboarding and inducting new employees
Support engagement initiatives and office events
Welcome visitors, clients, and colleagues to ensure a professional and friendly experience
Book travel and accommodation for visiting team members or talent
Provide general administrative support and manage office-related documentation
Support cross-functional studio projects and handle ad hoc tasks as required
Act as a key leader for Fire Safety within the studio
Assist with implementing and monitoring health and safety practices together with P&C
