• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly in Engineering and Product roles within early-stage, high-growth tech companies
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to use recruiting metrics to inform strategies
• Proven ability to solve complex hiring challenges, facilitate decision-making, and coach teams
• Experience managing high-impact roles while maintaining effective organization and stakeholder management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
