Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have incredible attention to detail, is highly organized, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

- Minimum 4 years professional experience as a project manager or producer
- Knowledge of digital asset management, JIRA, Coupa, and Airtable are a plus
- Experience with engineering teams and hardware product development is required
- Experience with creative teams and clients in a studio or agency environment is preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including PowerPoint, Outlook
- Deep understanding of standard production processes and file types in print and digital assets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- A reliable self-starter, highly organized, resourceful, with attention to detail
- A team player who is highly collaborative with the ability to handle complex projects
- Must be able to carry and lift loads up to 50lbs
- Must be willing to travel 25% of the time
- Must work on-site at HQ
What the job involves
- Anduril’s Design Team is seeking a Design Product Manager to join our team
- The Design Team leads Anduril’s brand identity, visual communication, concept art, and industrial design. Our team’s purpose is to connect the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand
- As a Design Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving collaborative and effective processes for the Industrial and Concept Design teams
- Support as key liaison between Industrial and Concept Design teams with division leads/HPMs
- Implement requirements across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics
- Prioritize incoming requests on the Industrial Design and Concept Design team, lead discovery and develop project goals
- Manage prototype build and deployments
- Oversee showroom movements
- Meticulous tracking of budgets and resources
- Source and manage vendors
- Coordinate asset delivery internally and externally
Our take
Anduril makes hardware and software for defense agencies including the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. Its hardware products include specialist drones with a long flight time and surveillance towers.
This hardware is tied together by proprietary software, the Lattice platform, which uses sensor fusion, machine learning, and mesh networking to integrate real-time data from Anduril hardware and third-party systems into a single, autonomous operating picture. While the hardware observes and detects, the software can make decisions as to the threat level of any anomalies, and so allow for observation and protection of an area or building with minimal manpower.
Anduril closed a Series E funding round in 2022 led by Valor Equity Partners. This funding was used for research and development of its autonomous defense products, such as the Roadrunner, a modular twin-jet powered autonomous vehicle that can take off and land vertically. Variants of the Roadrunner include defensive warhead armed interceptors which are the first drone weapons that can be retrieved after deployment. The company has also expanded to Australia where it is working in tandem with the Australian Defence Force to improve its military technology and infrastructure and is recruiting talent worldwide to support its rapidly growing portfolio of defense projects.
