Minimum 4 years professional experience as a project manager or producer
Knowledge of digital asset management, JIRA, Coupa, and Airtable are a plus
Experience with engineering teams and hardware product development is required
Experience with creative teams and clients in a studio or agency environment is preferred
Good knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including PowerPoint, Outlook
Deep understanding of standard production processes and file types in print and digital assets
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
A reliable self-starter, highly organized, resourceful, with attention to detail
A team player who is highly collaborative with the ability to handle complex projects
Must be able to carry and lift loads up to 50lbs
Must be willing to travel 25% of the time
Must work on-site at HQ

Anduril’s Design Team is seeking a Design Product Manager to join our team
The Design Team leads Anduril’s brand identity, visual communication, concept art, and industrial design. Our team’s purpose is to connect the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand
As a Design Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving collaborative and effective processes for the Industrial and Concept Design teams
Support as key liaison between Industrial and Concept Design teams with division leads/HPMs
Implement requirements across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics
Prioritize incoming requests on the Industrial Design and Concept Design team, lead discovery and develop project goals
Manage prototype build and deployments
Oversee showroom movements
Meticulous tracking of budgets and resources
Source and manage vendors
Coordinate asset delivery internally and externally

Our take

Anduril makes hardware and software for defense agencies including the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. Its hardware products include specialist drones with a long flight time and surveillance towers.

This hardware is tied together by proprietary software, the Lattice platform, which uses sensor fusion, machine learning, and mesh networking to integrate real-time data from Anduril hardware and third-party systems into a single, autonomous operating picture. While the hardware observes and detects, the software can make decisions as to the threat level of any anomalies, and so allow for observation and protection of an area or building with minimal manpower.

Anduril closed a $1 billion Series G funding round in 2025 led by the Founders Fund, doubling its valuation to $30 billion. This oversubscribed funding round came after the company doubled its revenue in 2024, when it won a contract with the US military to build its soldiers' VY/AR headsets for combat, a contract the company beat Microsoft to.
