Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- A structured approach with strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- A strong understanding of onsite SEO fundamentals and how they affect your SEO & content strategies
- The ability to make data-driven analyses, decisions, and recommendations for optimizations and improvements, and to report on metrics strategically
- Good knowledge of other channels like email, social media, and PPC, and how they function within a content ecosystem
- Understanding of tech SEO fundamentals and how crawlability, indexability, accessibility, rankability, and clickability affect your SEO & content strategies
- Proven ability to build a cohesive content strategy and plan for multiple channels
- Good communication skills and comfort presenting to stakeholders at various levels
- The ability to understand and use data to derive insights, make decisions, and influence outcomes
- Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English
What the job involves
- As the SEO & Content Manager for Benelux, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and overseeing the regional content roadmap and calendar to ensure high-impact content is produced, optimized, and distributed across multiple channels
- This content must meet our quality standards, drive growth, and support business goals
- Your priorities will be evergreen SEO and content, but you will also support regional campaigns and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders
- The role balances strategic content development with hands-on optimization and distribution
- The Marketing team at Tellent consists of over 25 professionals distributed across our primary regions: DACH, France, and the Benelux

- During the First 3 Months:
- You will immerse yourself in Tellent's product offerings, the HR tech landscape, market competitors, and most importantly, our customers. You will learn about our goals and objectives for the year and how you can support us in achieving them. You will gain a good understanding of our current content assets and internal processes and work on your first campaigns
- Within 6 Months:
- You will have mapped out our content and campaigns roadmap and coordinated these with different internal stakeholders to align efforts toward shared goals. You will have launched your first integrated campaigns, taken ownership of content development for the Benelux, and collaborated with the rest of the marketing team on experiments and optimization. You will spearhead content distribution and repurposing efforts to execute our demand generation strategy
- After 1 Year:
- You will be leading our SEO & content strategy in the region. Your work will enable us to generate highly qualified opportunities and have a demonstrable impact on our revenue. With your guidance, our content will set us apart in the market and contribute to our brand-building strategy
- Manage SEO and copywriting freelancers/agencies and be responsible for their output
- Guide the content roadmap and calendar for the Benelux region
- Manage the Dutch version of our blog
- Manage content distribution
- Collaborate cross-functionally
- Monitor the performance of your SEO & content
