Accounting Manager, Zoox

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar degree
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Possess a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• We are looking for a Senior Accountant to play a crucial role in managing accounting processes and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Working closely with the FP&A team to ensure accurate accruals and capitalization
• This person is responsible for activities related to the general ledger, month-end close, and annual financial audit
• The successful candidate will be dedicated, trustworthy, detail-oriented and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and
• Account analysis
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account

• Prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger

• Assist team with annual audit and tax filings
• Conduct regular general ledger maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to insure accuracy in accruals
