Website Manager, Lumity Life

• 3-5 years in an e-commerce role, with proven experience using Shopify stores and working with development and design agencies
• Familiar with leveraging Shopify Flow to streamline and automate processes, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating and managing multiple software platforms, including brand loyalty programs, Zapier, Recharge, Rebuy, and Klaviyo, to optimise business operations and customer experiences
• Ability to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies with a strong understanding of best practice, and an eye for opportunities to innovate and optimise
• Working knowledge of Google analytics with the ability to analyse and decipher data, drawing actionable insights, and making informed recommendations
• Familiarity with informing website redesign and development projects
• Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and stakeholders, and demonstrating an understanding and awareness of budgetary constraints
• Understanding of SEO best practices, principles and techniques

Desirable

• Assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of our Shopify stores, ensuring optimal user experience, visually compelling aesthetics, and enhanced SEO and CRO performance
• Oversee and maintain the Shopify product catalogue, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Collaborate across departments to manage product listings, inventory levels, and technical optimisations for PDPs. Administer subscription selling plans, including integration with Recharge
• Lead and support with the integration and management of third-party apps and plugins (Recharge, Rebuy, Shoplift, Trustpilot, etc.) to enhance website functionality, drive product upselling and cross selling, and enhance customer experience
• Act as the point person for investigating, troubleshooting and resolving website and systems issues
• Leverage various analytics platforms to monitor website performance and identify optimisation opportunities for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with in-house creative teams and key stakeholders to deliver timely product and promotional launches with compelling content and messaging. Ensure optimal performance across devices through responsive design
• Develop and execute a UX enhancement roadmap to drive incremental conversion improvements. Manage external development partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with scope
• Implement a robust testing framework to proactively monitor all site changes, mitigating risks, enhancing user experience, and driving revenue growth
• Drive ad hoc website redesign projects from end-to-end, from research to implementation, test and release
• Develop and deliver regular reports on KPIs to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Document and maintain key processes and workflows within an internal knowledge base to facilitate knowledge sharing, improve efficiency, and support consistent execution
