Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in product design, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting where you've worked closely with cross-functional teams
You bring strong UX and product thinking to the table, and your portfolio reflects the real impact you’ve made for users and businesses
You’ve worked on user onboarding, activation, or adoption flows—and you’re excited about driving product-led growth
You're someone who moves fast, iterates thoughtfully, and knows how to strike the right balance between quick wins and long-term vision
You thrive in collaborative environments, value open communication, and enjoy working with folks across design, product, and engineering

What the job involves

Designing intuitive, user-friendly experiences that drive activation and product-led growth
Auditing existing user journeys and identifying areas for improved usability and conversion
Partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into smart, scalable design solutions
Running user research and usability testing to validate ideas and guide decisions
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring ideas to life
Advocating for design best practices and user-centered thinking across the organization
