Partner Marketing Manager , Twelve Labs

• 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, demand generation or product marketing— preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end campaigns with or through partners
• Strong content creation and editing skills, especially with customer-facing or co-branded marketing assets
• Detail-oriented project management chops — you know how to keep partners and internal teams aligned and on schedule
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot) and possibly partner portals or PRMs. You use data and metrics to inform decisions and optimize marketing efforts for better results
• A bias for action in fast-paced environments – you thrive in a startup setting, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and are resourceful in overcoming challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Reporting to the Partner Marketing lead, this role is focused on bringing our partner marketing programs to life — from building and running campaigns to creating content and coordinating events
• You'll be hands-on in building processes, driving execution, and collaborating with some of the most innovative companies in AI and cloud

• Execute partner marketing campaigns and programs that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline in collaboration with technology partners, resellers, and system integrators
• Develop co-branded and partner-related content, including solution briefs, case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, blog posts, and email copy
• Coordinate partner communications, including newsletters, event updates, and partner onboarding materials
• Support partner event marketing by managing logistics, timelines, and deliverables for partner-hosted or co-sponsored events
• Help operationalize the partner ecosystem program, supporting enablement materials and partner portal content
• Track campaign and content performance, reporting results to internal stakeholders and recommending optimizations
