What the job involves
- To support this exciting growth, we’re looking for someone to join our Support team and to ensure that Moneybox continues to be known for taking pride in supporting and delighting both existing and potential customers
- We want to go above and beyond wherever we can and ensure that using the service is a great experience
- Interact with current and potential customers through Intercom and phone to address any queries they have
- Interact with the Operations and Compliance team to ensure a great customer experience
- Interact with the Product team to continually improve the customer experience
- Look for ways to go ‘above and beyond’ to make customers happy
- Raise awareness of our mortgage advice service to help customers on their home-buying journey
- At Moneybox, we are committed to ensuring you are set up for success in your role, and we will be providing comprehensive support and training when you join us which will include personalised sessions with our Training Manager, online training, and hands-on desk learning experiences
- Working days: Five days per week which will include weekend days in a rotational system. Shifts are 9am – 5:30pm, 11:30am – 8pm, 8am – 4:30pm.
- Additional overtime hours are also available. Please note that during your training period hours will be 9am – 5:30pm

Moneybox followed in the wake of a whole new generation of digital finance apps, differentiating itself with a range of investment and saving features that Monzo and Revolut wouldn't develop for years to come.
Their marketing targets an untapped demographic of younger people who feel disillusioned with the jargon and complexity of traditional wealth management. With Junior ISAs and a £1 minimum investment, their services are certainly more accessible than the investment banks.
Nowadays, Moneybox is breaking ground again by offering Socially Responsible Investment options. They've partnered with Old Mutual to offer portfolios based on ESG indexes, capturing the attention of progressive first-time investors.
The future looks bright: Series D funding awarded in 2022 will be used to build Moneybox's brand and grow its customer base. It is also releasing a new investing plan for its customers which focuses on long-term wealth generation.
