Tax Accountant, Teads

• Ability to efficiently gather and analyze data for the Federal and State corporate income tax return filings and respond to taxing authority inquiries
• Strong foundational knowledge of core accounting principles, including debits, credits, and general ledger journal entries
• Exposure to tax accounting concepts, including book-to-tax adjustments and calculating deferred tax assets and liabilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite to help write tax memos in Word, create, update, and/or improve tax workpapers in Excel, and occasionally prepare presentations in PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax is required, CPA is preferred
• 1-2 year(s) of tax compliance/accounting experience
• Public accounting and corporate tax experience is a plus

• Teads is searching for a Staff Tax Accountant to join the Tax Team
• The Staff Tax Accountant will be exposed to US (federal & state) corporate income tax compliance, quarterly and year-end financial reporting, and some indirect tax compliance
• This role will also offer a unique opportunity to be exposed to post-merger integration and tax planning opportunities
• The Staff Tax Accountant will report directly to the Tax Manager and will be immersed in diverse tax matters
