Marketing Event Intern, Oscar Health

• Experience in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Project management experience

Desirable

• You will be responsible for building and maintaining our event plans and calendars and planning events for open enrollment 2026. You will identify venues, manage contracts, maintain schedules and invitations and coordinate all logistics for events. You translate ideas into specific tactical events and maintains strong documentation of performance
• You will report to the Director, Marketing
• Create and maintain a calendar of events that is shared with key partners and kept up to date
• With support from your lead at critical points, manage the budgets for events, secure event contracts for locations and ensure we stay on budget
• Ensure materials are created for events and that all partners have access to materials and the ability to rehearse prior to events
• Handle and manage all invitations and RSVPs, create the content, maintain details, monitor rsvp’s and ensure goal attendance numbers are met
• Responsible for ordering and shipping materials to event locations, from swag to tablecloths, ensure the teams have everything they need
• Create a plan (contents, event outlines, run of show) and kick off with all stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
