Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology
- Experience of minimum 3 years working in fast-paced, high-performing agile teams as QA
- You have already been involved in large scale projects with multiple cross-team dependencies and various stakeholders
- Experience in test design
- Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Kibana) is a plus
- Experience in test automation with Selenium in Python is a plus
- Excellent proficiency in French and in English
What the job involves
- In a context of strong growth and industrialization of our IT operations, we are looking for a QA Analyst/ QA Engineer to reinforce the Tech teams, implement the QA strategy in close collaboration with the development teams spread over multiple tribes
- Reporting to Guy-Pascal, Head of QA, you will be in charge of ensuring the quality of the product, of the user experience but also promote quality through the product & tech teams
- Become a specialist of the solution and the best attorney for customers
- Work closely with feature teams in order to design tests relative to upcoming features
- Define regression tests for sprints
- Define and prepare relevant dataset for tests
- Execute manual and automated tests
- Run automated tests and analyze execution results
- Open issues in bug tracker
- Follow resolution of the issues and validate fixes
- Send clear reports
- Be a reliable contributor in incidents analysis
