What the job involves
- We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) to join our team
- You’ll contribute to Super.com’s strategy by validating our applications meet design specifications and requirements
- You’ll participate in Agile practices and help develop scenarios for our automation end to end tests
- You’ll conduct all manual testing practices for multiple verticals, ensure operational metrics for the team are met, and that our products meet the highest quality for our customers
- Identify test requirements from product specifications and develop, document and maintain functional automated test cases to cover those requirements
- Help the team with the development of test strategies, test plans and test cases, and analysis of test results
- Properly communicate test activities, tasks, and status
- Troubleshoot problems and report defects in JIRA
- Perform Exploratory Testing Sessions to test JIRA stories, bugs, and regression activities
- Participate and play an ongoing role in daily scrums, weekly grooming sessions, and all sprint rituals for each Mission Aligned Team you are apart of
- Perform manual feature-level test cases and be able to replicate, and accurately report issues
- Ownership of Functional and Regression testing
- Contribute to overall process improvement initiatives, actively review and challenge current process
- Perform root cause analysis on bugs that come in from production
- Gather key metrics around software testing activities
