Who you are

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and creative strategy leader to join our team
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading strategic projects helping to transform the marketing organization as well as own planning and create a performance driven-culture to support the growth and success of the company
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of developing and executing planning and process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and information to stakeholders at all levels
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence

What the job involves

  • Coordinate across the marketing organization to help refine operations as we drive towards common goals
  • Work hand-in-hand with brand and campaign teams to identify opportunities and risks to best deliver analysis and action plans ensuring that action is being taken and that all needed information is being communicated broadly to the right parts of the organization
  • Lead strategic initiatives; driving discussions and critical decisions around key activities working directly with leadership to communicate plans and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives. Communicate progress against KPIs for strategic priorities
  • Build and nurture key relationships with marketing leadership for input
  • Responsible for the planning process ultimately creating the annual marketing strategy by short, mid and long term priorities
  • Cross-collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align teams and ensure the delivery and progress on strategy
  • Develop alignment with teams outside of marketing, including RevOps, finance, sales and success for input and awareness of marketing strategy
  • Identify new ways for ServiceTitan to drive priorities

ServiceTitan’s software is purpose-built for trades businesses, providing a wide range of tools needed to seamlessly manage their back office and customer experiences, to power business growth.

The rising demand for home services across the country helped shine a spotlight on the lack of modern software for trades, ServiceTitan answered this call for innovation providing support to 11,800+ customers across 10 trades.

2021 saw the company reach a $9.5 billion valuation, however, in the last few months of 2022, there was talk of raising additional funds in traditional equity - as opposed to debt-like funding- which could result in a 20% lower valuation.

That said, the company is showing no sign of slowing, acquiring two more companies in 2022, and is eyeing an IPO off the back of reaching Series G in funding rounds. In addition, the company launched its next-generation operating system, Titan Intelligence, providing a suite of AI-based solutions. ServiceTitan is well set to experience further growth.
