Who you are
- You have 2+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic operations roles or are a recent MBA graduate
- You possess strong project management skills with a proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives
- You have hands-on experience actively prototyping agent workflows. You can showcase an aptitude to create, test, validate and iterate AI use cases to solve real-world B2B operational challenges
- You are familiar and have informed opinions on the short and long term applications of AI within B2B Marketing
- You possess exceptional presence and the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders/executives
- An excellent storyteller with demonstrated expertise in creating compelling narratives and high-quality slides/presentations
- You have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable strategies
- A natural leader who can command the respect of a team and inspire action
What the job involves
- The Marketing team is embarking on a mission to become an industry showcase for the application of AI. This role will be at the center of this transformation, leading a cross-functional Marketing AI Council. You will work with talented marketers across all functions, helping to guide, coordinate, build and enable our collective AI efforts to drive innovation and efficiency
- Working closely with the CMO and reporting into the office of the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing AI strategy
- This is a strategic, high-visibility role focused on project management and coordination that drives AI initiatives and adoption across the marketing organization
- You will employ an organized, consulting-style approach to drive our Marketing AI Council and ensure our marketing organization is at the forefront of AI adoption
- Your ability to command respect and lead cross-functional initiatives will be key to your success as you help position marketing as an AI leader
- Coordinate, prioritize and orchestrate AI efforts across the entire marketing organization
- Full lifecycle delivery, build and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, from initial discovery and prototyping to validation, cross-functional launch, and global enablement."
- GTM Optimization, auditing our existing marketing stack to pinpoint friction points, architecting AI-driven interventions that enhance lead velocity and operational efficiency
- Lead the Marketing AI Council, driving its agenda and initiatives forward
- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, press pitches, and strategic project updates for C-suite audiences
- Create and maintain comprehensive AI documentation, use cases, and a knowledge base for the marketing team
- Support senior marketing leadership with presentation and slide creation for keynotes and executive briefings
- Work to position our marketing team as an industry AI showcase, with the goal of having team members speak at major conferences about their AI successes
- Free up analytics leadership for higher-value analytics strategy work by taking ownership of AI program coordination

As a disruptor and market leader in this field, AlphaSense has few direct competitors, being most closely compared to Wolfram Alpha or LexisNexis. It helps that its tools are undoubtedly effective and valued by knowledge professionals: the company counts about 85% of the S&P 100 as customers and is trusted by J.P.Morgan, Microsoft, Credit Suisse and Google, among other major enterprises.
Having raised a large amount of funding over 2022 and 2023, AlphaSense has moved quickly to double down on its expansion in European markets, opening an office in Berlin to support this. With 2024 seeing investment from Singaporean EDBI, it has now set its sights on the Asia-Pacific region. As business intelligence will remain key for enterprises as they compete for market share, AlphaSense is well-placed for additional future growth.
