Capital Markets Investments and Project Management, Stripe

• We’re looking for a creative, smart, and driven individual to join our Capital Markets team to help execute our mission.
• Candidates should have a financial markets/investments background with demonstrated experience setting up and managing cross-functional projects in a corporate treasury context
• 5+ years of capital markets and/or general treasury experience with specific focus on investments, liquidity management and general project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail, take projects from ideation to completion and manage large cross-functional teams
• A proven ability to work across functions and build strong collaborative working relationships with partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to leverage data insights into a dynamic narrative

Desirable

• You will collaborate with teams across Treasury Finance, Accounting, Legal, Product, Regulatory, Engineering, Data Science and beyond to manage and execute complex collaborative projects
• Build/enhance all aspects of our global corporate cash investment program including strategies, policies and systems/operations, performance and risk metrics
• Monitor and synthesize trends in global financial markets and macroeconomic developments
• Manage relationships with financial partners such as asset managers, custodians and service providers
• Work with cross-functional partners, as well as external stakeholders, to unlock and manage global interest income opportunities
• Build observability tools and deliver data insights relating to investments and yield optimization
• Identify capital markets system needs, and work with the respective teams to build the required infrastructure
• Support the Capital Markets team in executing complex projects by assuming project management and cross-functional coordination responsibilities
• Contribute to the strategy and execution of the Capital Markets team long term roadmap
