Who you are

Proven ability to create high-quality content, work across multiple channels and platforms, and build excellent relationships
You must be able to write high-quality copy and complete high-quality design work
Proven experience of growing a social media following and engagement

What the job involves

You will lead our entire marketing strategy to build awareness of our product in the UK and globally, then convert awareness to sales
You’ll build successful partnerships with big referral partners (e.g. OVO) who need our product to sell their chargers and tariffs and other products to their customers
You’ll be creating engaging content, growing our online community and website presence, and establishing Kerbo Charge as a leading authority in the electric car charging industry
You’ll oversee our PR strategy, and be the lead for both our SEO and Paid Marketing agencies
And you’ll work closely with our local authority partners to create joint local marketing campaigns to residents
Now is the time to ramp up the awareness of Kerbo Charge as more and more local authorities make our product available - and that’s where you come in!

Our take

For those without driveways, charging an electric vehicle can be costly and inconvenient. Either they trouble passers-by with trailing cables, or they rely on public charging points - which can be around 5 times more expensive than domestic charging tariffs.

This is where Kerbo Charge steps in with its simple solution for on-street, at-home EV charging. It works by installing a charging channel in the pavement with a trip-preventing cover. EV owners simply remove the cover and insert their cable when they want to charge.

Its a works-for-everyone approach, with the company even organising council approvals as part of its package. Its no surprise, then, that the founders saw success when they took the idea to Dragons' Den, earning backing from Deborah Meaden that will be used to roll out their solution across the UK.
