Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of hands-on experience operating at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Technical Marketing Operations
- An Owner Mentality: You are a naturally curious builder who doesn't wait for permission. You are energized by figuring out early-stage, "raw" software platforms (like Cargo) and troubleshooting system integration or sync errors yourself
- Elite Project Management & Documentation: Exceptional ability to distill abstract strategy concepts into transparent project backlogs, dashboard tracking systems, and clear written updates posted weekly
- Stack Fluency: Strong functional competency navigating sales sequence management systems (Outreach), AI GTM tools, and data enrichment brokers (ZoomInfo) sitting on top of a Salesforce CRM ecosystem
What the job involves
- We are seeking an execution-focused, highly methodical individual to act as a primary builder, and operator within our newly established, rapid-experimentation Growth Marketing Team
- Guided by an industry leading external growth advisor and working with existing marketing operators on the team, this lean function designs and deploys high-velocity automation, data enrichment, and AI plays to source sales prospects
- In this role, you will be the core owner for experiment architecture, documentation, project execution tracking, and reporting
- You are an agile owner-operator who will roll up your sleeves to design, project manage, execute and analyze our growth experiments
- You will closely collaborate with our embedded marketing BDRs, and the core Marketing Ops team
- Additionally you will manage innovative, early-stage AI orchestration tools and a variety of other GTM tools to safely launch experiments while adhering to a rigorous experiment framework, project management system and analyzing the results of our experiments
- Experiment Architecture & Project Management: Lead the operational rhythm of our weekly growth sprints in Asana. Map out and document new experiment hypotheses and parameters from brainstorm sessions, assign clear timeline expectations, and hold team members accountable to deliver their action items before the weekly growth team call
- Hands-On Experiment Implementation: Take ownership of building, monitoring, and maintaining automated growth plays. You will be the one of the primary operators developing plays across our stack: Cargo (getcargo.ai), Outreach.io, Salesforce CRM, BenefitFlow, ZoomInfo etc
- AI Tooling & Automation Leverage: Learn the tool capabilities and explore improvements or additions needed to better integrate AI into everyday operations to scale outbound content personalization, bypass infrastructure barriers, and accelerate our ability to experiment without needing additional support
Our take
PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers) save payers and patients 40% to 50% on prescription drug and related medical costs in the US, compared to what they would spend without them. It’s generally accepted, though, that PBMs are working for profit and not solely on the customers benefit.
SmithRx is a company looking to reduce complications in the current system with its innovative PBM structure. It uses its cloud-based technology to present the most cost effective options transparently to self-insured businesses, supporting them in getting the lowest cost drugs they can, as well as making the transition to these alternatives seamless.
It does this by partnering with innovative drug companies, as well as applying coupons and making use of available savings and assistance programs. As the company does not take economics from the supply chain, it is able to work for its customers with no hidden agendas. And with significant growth, cost savings, customer satisfaction, and market traction in 2024, the company is very much on track for continued success.
