• At Vestwell, our internship program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge, resources, and hands-on training necessary to understand the value of our product and gain meaningful, real-world experience
• Gain exposure to all of Vestwell’s product service lines that power our retirement savings platform
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from various teams across the organization
• Showcase your work through a comprehensive portfolio of your final project
• Receive ongoing mentorship and guidance through regular check-ins with your assigned manager and mentor
• The majority of Vestwell’s interns will be based in our NYC office, with additional opportunities in our King of Prussia and Austin offices
• Vestwell’s Marketing Team is responsible for brand management, positive brand value, market distribution, customer relations and sales strategies
• Marketing focuses on the fundamental practices of identifying customers, researching their needs and preferences, and analyzing factors that influence their purchasing decisions to give us a competitive edge
• As a critical member of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Vestwell stakeholders to develop resources and materials that drive rapid revenue growth
• Conduct research on industry trends
• Draft copy for emails and campaigns
• Offer fresh set of eyes and opinions into social media marketing
• This is a 10-week intensive program, running from June 2 to August 8, 2025
• High-performing interns may have the opportunity to interview for full-time roles

• It starts the same for every candidate: getting to know the team members through 1 - 2 conversations about Vestwell, your experience, and your interests
• Next steps can vary by role, but the usual next steps are a skill or experience screen (e.g. a coding interview for an Engineer, a portfolio review for a Designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in-person interview panel after that if the screens go well
• Before making an offer, our interview process concludes with a references check stage for your recruiter to meet with a current or former supervisor and peer
