  • Our Platform Product Management team focuses on advancing ActiveCampaign's differentiation in automation, data, and AI to provide powerful, intelligent marketing solutions for businesses worldwide
  • As a Product Manager in the Platform Product Management group, your primary focus will be on building and enhancing our platform's capabilities, with a special emphasis on automation, data-driven decision-making, and AI-powered features
  • You will lead 1-2 teams through the planning, execution, and iteration of impactful platform features that enable our customers to scale their marketing efforts with ease and precision
  • Specific projects and team areas will be flexible based on business priorities, so you will have the opportunity to adapt your focus to the most critical initiatives at any given time
  • This role will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams, ensuring seamless product development while maintaining a laser focus on delivering value to our customers. Your work will directly impact ActiveCampaign’s ability to deliver innovative, AI-driven, and data-rich experiences that set us apart in the market
  • Leading Teams: Guide 1-2 cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, driving collaboration and aligning efforts to company-wide goals
  • Building Automation & AI Capabilities: Develop and launch new platform features that enhance automation, data integration, and AI-driven insights, further differentiating ActiveCampaign in the market
  • Customer-Centric Problem Solving: Engage with customers to understand their business challenges, leveraging automation, data, and AI to provide impactful, scalable solutions
  • Experimentation & Data Insights: Work with data and analytics teams to define KPIs, run experiments, and measure product performance, ensuring features are continuously improved
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and successful launches
  • Strategic Product Planning: Work with other product leaders to develop long-term product roadmaps and prioritize features that enhance ActiveCampaign’s core platform and automation capabilities
  • Competitive Analysis & Market Trends: Monitor industry trends in automation, data, and AI, providing competitive analysis to ensure our platform remains ahead of the curve

Our take

Marketing and CRM tools are essential to scale a business in the current landscape. Existing tools for optimizing engagement, scalability and data analytics have surged in popularity, but many solutions remain unaffordable for small businesses.

ActiveCampaign provides an integrated platform for email marketing, marketing automation and CRM with the focus on providing businesses with the ability to optimize customer experiences. The platform leverages machine learning and automation to increase the rate that its clients can scale their engagement levels, regardless of whether the user is running a small or large business.

Despite high-profile competitors, the company has found a gap in the market by providing an integrated and unified solution combining hundreds of tools. The platform is available as an entire package for enterprises, but smaller companies can opt for cheaper and streamlined tool kits. In 2022, ActiveCampaign announced the implementation of over 400 customer ideas into its product. It has also partnered with ActiveEngine, the first ActiveCampaign-only agency, to enable businesses to make better discovery calls and close more deals. With the 2024 opening of a hub in Krakow, it is further expanding its European footprint.
