Who you are

  • Proven Product Leadership in Ad Tech or Adjacent Domains — You have 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in advertising technology, performance marketing, martech, or a related e-commerce/SaaS environment
  • You've led products from idea to launch, and can point to live features that reflect your impact
  • Self-Starter with a Bias for Action — You take ownership, move quickly, and don’t wait for permission to solve problems
  • You’re comfortable working independently, identifying opportunities, and driving initiatives forward—even when details are fuzzy
  • You collaborate deeply with engineering, but bring the structure and momentum to get things shipped
  • Customer-Centric and Outcome-Oriented — You bridge internal teams and customer voices to shape product direction
  • You thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and bring structure to chaos
  • You own outcomes, constantly seek feedback, and know how to synthesize competing needs into a clear, focused plan of action

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for an experienced, driven, data-focused Product Manager to own, build, and scale our two key ad tech offerings— in this role, you will assess the market and our offerings and build out a growth strategy for our two key ad tech offerings
  • You will also be our product leader in emerging AdTech trends and opportunities for additional experimentation and growth
  • You’ll collaborate closely with engineering teams using Agile methods to move fast, test ideas, and drive impact
  • You'll also work with stakeholders across the business, setting priorities and making key decisions that fuel our company’s growth
  • You will be a key part of our future product and revenue initiatives in this space
  • Drive the launch and growth of new advertising technology — Own the product lifecycle from ideation to scale, bringing innovative solutions to market that address our sellers’ needs and unlock new revenue opportunities
  • Establish cross-functional processes that drive efficiency — Streamline internal workflows by building clear systems and feedback loops across engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to accelerate execution and reduce friction
  • Bridge internal and external voices to shape product strategy — Create alignment between subject matter experts, customer, and strategic partners to ensure the product meets the demands of an evolving, omnichannel advertising landscape
