Who you are

Language Requirement: This role requires fluency in both German and English to effectively engage with prospects in German-speaking markets
1+ years of professional experience, ideally with an interest in outbound sales
1+ years of experience in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) is required
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Strong communication, follow-up, and objection-handling skills
Effective collaboration with sales and marketing teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to dynamic environments
Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce

What the job involves

Your primary responsibility is driving business growth and expanding the customer base of Aviatrix by identifying and nurturing potential opportunities through proactive outreach and effective lead qualification
Research and identify potential leads and target accounts
Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social channels
Qualify leads based on interest and business needs
Initiate conversations to introduce Aviatrix solutions
Build trust and rapport with prospective customers
Understand customer challenges and align solutions accordingly
Partner with the sales team for smooth lead handoff
Maintain knowledge of Aviatrix offerings and market trends
Share insights to refine outreach and messaging strategies
Meet or exceed outreach and pipeline targets
Continuously improve prospecting strategies for efficiency
Drive high-quality engagement to support revenue growth
Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect details
Track outreach performance and provide insights
Use data to optimize strategies and improve results
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
Use market insights to enhance engagement strategies

Aviatrix is trying to modernise cloud technology by overcoming the isolation of different clouds that are built and operated by different companies. Its software facilitates multi-cloud networking, providing visualization, smooth data access, and firewall management.

The cloud revolution caused a mass migration of companies’ data from on-premise storage to cloud storage, but this migration is still ongoing. Aviatrix’s software helps with this migration and then allows these clouds to communicate with each other, while maintaining security, data integrity, automation, and user friendliness.
