Who you are

Languages: Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
Experience: 3–7 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the new space, aerospace, or defense technology sectors
Track Record: Proven success in selling complex technical products or systems, with experience managing deals from discovery through negotiation and close
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with satellite platform providers, integrators, and space technology trends in the EU market
Strategic Thinker: Ability to independently prioritize, plan and execute territory strategies in a cross-cultural, dynamic setting
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), video conferencing platforms, and remote collaboration tools
Availablity to Travel: Frequent travel within the EU for customer meetings and industry events
Bonus: Experience selling into or partnering with European aerospace primes or space agencies (e.g., ESA, DLR, CNES)

What the job involves

Drive Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with satellite manufacturers, integrators, and space agencies across Europe
Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to contract signature—while maintaining pipeline discipline through Salesforce
Engage Stakeholders: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with executives, engineers, and procurement teams
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with pre-sales engineers, product teams, and customer success to ensure seamless handovers and client satisfaction
Represent the Brand: Attend major trade shows, conferences, and customer events to evangelize Morpheus’s propulsion offerings and industry leadership
Report and Optimize: Provide regular updates to leadership on sales metrics, customer insights, and market trends
