Role
Who you are
- 3–5 years running onboarding or delivery in a SaaS or startup (bonus points for <30 people)
- A clear, confident communicator who keeps teams and customers on the same page
- Obsessively organised - you turn chaos into checklists and blockers into progress
- Proactive, sharp, and unphased by juggling deadlines or shifting priorities
- Thrive in fast-paced, scrappy environments where no one’s handing you a playbook
- Fluent with tools like Notion, Slack, Airtable, Calendly, Zapier
Desirable
- Experience in healthcare or with NHS systems
- You’ve used (or want to explore) automation tools like Power Automate
- Comfortable writing basic SQL queries and navigating data workflows
- Confident handling technical setups, product quirks, and cross-functional dependencies
What the job involves
- Own the full onboarding journey - from free trial to go-live - across all product lines
- Build and run project plans that keep internal teams and customers aligned
- Act as the main point of contact for new customers during setup
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops to unblock delivery and shorten time-to-value
- Design and refine playbooks, templates, and checklists to make onboarding faster and smoother
- Spot friction points and lead process or tooling improvements to fix them
- Track key onboarding metrics (e.g. time-to-go-live, conversion) and share insights across the team
- Feed customer feedback back into our onboarding strategy and product roadmap
