- Qualified accountant (or qualified by experience) with strong financial and analytical expertise with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring reconciliations and journal authorisations are accurate and compliant

What the job involves
- Join our Invoicing & Expenses team as a Qualified Accountant!
- You’ll lead a dedicated team ensuring supplier and colleague expenses are reimbursed quickly and accurately, while maintaining strong process controls
- From managing card payment allocations to supporting change initiatives and improving billing processes, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- As part of the management team, you’ll also gain exposure to a variety of tasks beyond your core role, making this a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience and make a real impact!
- This fixed term contract role offers the chance to lead a team within Invoicing & Expenses, ensuring accurate reimbursements and driving process improvements across Finance. You’ll play a key part in delivering efficiencies and shaping change initiatives—are you ready to make an impact?
- Supporting colleagues with the reconciliation of bank and general ledger accounts
- Authorising journals for processing in core Finance systems
- Managing deliverables for the team to ensure allocated and completed in a timely manner to a high quality
- Ensuring service levels are met and tasks are completed on time and to our high standards with suppliers paid quickly
- Lead on change initiatives to ensure I&E continues to deliver excellent service to our customers
- Drive improvements to our processes
- Lead by example on utilising new technology and upskilling on skills for the future
