Who you are

Solid experience previously as a Personal Assistant
Strong calendar and time management skills
High level of organisation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks, completing them with a high degree of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Mail Merges, PowerPoint)
Flexibility in approach and very strong on teamwork

What the job involves

We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will support our Exec team
This role will involve managing diaries (including scheduling all meetings), appointments and general personal administration
Extensively manage the diaries and agendas across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Provide background information on all meetings, both internal and external making sure the Executives are briefed ahead of meetings
Support the production of presentations and papers
Help with the planning and organising of company events, including team strategy days and companywide social events
Own distribution lists for teams
Work closely with our PA team, and support with the management of the Founder’s schedule
Manage travel and expenses, including international travel
Support with general administration and keeping on track of projects
