Who you are
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to executives
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications, Zoom, and Slack

What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to multiple leaders across various departments
- In this role, you will play a crucial part in maximizing efficiency and productivity by expertly managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrates a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- This position reports directly to the SVP of Sales Development and Enablement
- Manage and optimize calendars for multiple executives, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings
- Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while meticulously managing expense reports
- Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and other materials as needed, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them, demonstrating a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Provide ad-hoc support for projects, including meeting preparation, event planning, and other administrative tasks
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines
