  • We’re looking for the very best Product Marketing Managers, who can craft simple value propositions, clear messaging and amazing content for Commercial, that makes our story sing
  • Demonstrated excellence in product marketing with 5+ years of relevant experience in the payments sector
  • You are a master of relationship management. You take great pride in sharing work with your stakeholders and customers, you go the extra mile to keep your internal customers informed and you bring them with you in all your change initiatives
  • A rich portfolio of prior work that includes first-hand experience across the product marketing spectrum: messaging and positioning, competitive analysis and positioning, quantitative and qualitative analysis, customer storytelling, product launch management, GTM strategy and sales tool development
  • A seasoned perspective on appropriate metrics and measurement for the product marketing - what does success look like and how do we hold teams accountable?
  • Relentless curiosity, a love of data, and a passion for problem solving
  • A track record of delivery on complex projects, using strong organisational skills and ability to influence and work cross-functionally
  • Superb written, presentation, and oral communication skills. This role demands someone who is in love with the spoken and written word, understanding the power that comes from getting it 'just right' both online and offline

What the job involves

  • We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team
  • We are here to transform digital payments. We help our customers thrive in the digital economy
  • The payments industry is complex, ever changing, and we need to constantly innovate and communicate what our services offer our customers
  • In navigating that complexity, Product Marketing is a critical partner to our teams in Product and Technology, we help articulate the value in our innovation roadmap and we partner with our customers in Commercial, to make sure that customers find our value compelling
  • You will lead an area of our Global Payment Network (Connect, Move, Protect, Boost, Manage)
  • Study the market, understand and detail Merchant requirements, competitor messaging and category positioning. Work with Product Management and Research teams to ensure we understand and anticipate customer needs
  • Drive all product messaging and positioning across the portfolio products, geographies and verticals, with an eye toward competitive differentiation
  • Create simple collateral for Sales that helps us tell our story
  • Lead product adoption and expansion campaigns that ensure that our innovation is utilised by our customers
  • Bring new and updated products and solutions to market, taking the lead on launch strategy, planning, timelines and more to ensure maximum impact
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations to ensure our sales partners are well equipped (through collateral, battlecards, tools, competitive analysis, persona development, and talk tracks) to win and expand deals
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Commercial partners in defining our ideal customer profile
  • It’s essential that you build strong relationships and provide clear communication across the entire organisation
