Who you are
- 5-7 years of experience functional/technical delivering integrations for SaaS or related solution delivery
- Experience working in and driving an agile process to manage and deliver customer outcomes
- Technical acumen: SQL, JSON, API server to server integrations; intermediate coding experience a plus
- Strong customer management, communication, collaboration skills
Desirable
- Integration middleware; orchestration, workflow, technical specifications, process management
- Applications: familiar with SFDC, JIRA, Confluence, G-Suite, Postman, Workbench, Metabase, Temporal
What the job involves
- The integration specialist drives system to system integrations for EvenUp and Case Management System (CMS) platforms
- This person will manage setup, configuration and maintenance
- They oversee multiple simultaneous customer onboarding projects using agile methodologies (e.g. , Kanban, Jira), technical acumen and customer management to ensure timely, accurate and secure connection between EvenUp and our customer case management systems
- Manage multiple concurrent customer integration onboarding projects coordinating with customer teams, and EvenUp internal collaborators (Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering) as needed
- Configure and manage API based integrations using a combination of configuration modules and technical skills (SQL/JSON) for data mapping
- Develop/refine setup procedures for new and existing integrations as they are developed and come into production
- Track customer project status and health, ensuring efficient engagement and delightful customer experience
- Lead customer communications for integration onboarding projects

Every year, millions of personal injury cases in the US are resolved with only a small fraction going to trial, leaving many victims potentially under-compensated due to inaccurate settlement proposals. EvenUp aims to change this by leveraging AI technology to streamline the assessment of injury cases.
The AI tools evaluate raw case files, including medical and police records, creating tailored "demand packages" that present comprehensive compensation arguments. This improves lawyer performance and victim outcomes.
Despite concerns about AI bias and privacy, EvenUp has garnered significant investor interest, closing a funding round in 2025 that was one of the largest in the history of legal AI. Now valued at over $2 billion, it is investing in its team and introducing new techniques and products for personal injury and other legal areas.
