Senior Director of Global People Partners, Brandwatch

• 8+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in a global organisation, ideally within a technology, marketing, or SaaS company
• Strong track record of supporting senior leaders and driving people strategies that align with business objectives
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases in compliance with UK and EMEA employment laws
• Demonstrated success in partnering with Go-to-Market (GTM) business groups, aligning people strategies with sales, marketing, and customer success functions
• Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
• Expertise in workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, and performance management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across regions
• Global mindset with experience working across multiple geographies, particularly US, EMEA and APAC
• CIPD qualification or an equivalent HR certification
