Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations management
- Demonstrated experience with account provisioning and identity management systems (e.g., Google Workspace, JumpCloud, AWS, etc.)
- Strong understanding of zero-trust security principles, endpoint security, and network security best practices
- Experience managing A/V systems (Zoom, conference room tech, digital signage) is a plus
- Familiarity with industry compliance requirements (e.g., SOC2, ISO) and the implementation of related policies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation experience
What the job involves
- Manage and maintain the video surveillance system
- Oversee the physical access control system to ensure proper security protocols and access rights
- Provide comprehensive support for corporate desktop and laptop systems
- Track and manage software licenses for internal applications and services
- Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) for corporate-owned devices
- Ensure efficient provisioning, deployment, and inventory management of IT assets
- Execute account provisioning and de-provisioning across corporate and production systems (Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, AWS, GitHub, Beta Portal, Grafana, etc.)
- Perform quarterly account reconciliations with HR databases
- Oversee Zoom infrastructure, including meetings, conference room equipment, scheduling tablets, and visitor signage kiosks
- Manage office audio/video systems
- Monitor monthly expenses related to corporate services and invoices
- Prepare and manage the annual IT budget in coordination with finance
- Maintain and configure the corporate zero-trust security model
- Oversee endpoint security rollout and health monitoring on all corporate devices
- Ensure compliance with SOC2/ISO standards and implement relevant policies
- Manage and control user access to wired and Wi-Fi office networks
- Troubleshoot and optimize network performance and security
- Serve as the primary owner of incident management for corporate systems, collaborating with Security and Engineering teams
- Develop and maintain incident response protocols
Our take
Traffic law enforcement has been pretty slow to adopt innovative technology, with static cameras on certain streets and in police cars still the norm, but the effectiveness of these is severely limited.
Hayden AI is set on evolving traffic enforcement with a range of AI-driven solutions, from mounted cameras on municipal vehicles to automated citation, 3D city mapping, and traffic hazard alerts.
That the company completed three sizable fundraises in its very first year spotlights the excitement it’s generating – particularly amongst government bodies. Apart from day-to-day traffic enforcement, Hayden AI also enables these clients to leverage data gathered to influence policy making.
Hayden AI has some grand plans for the self-driving vehicle and mapping sectors too, as companies in the niche could use up to date data and mapping information as they drive. Throughout 2022 and early 2023, it found multiple successes such as making a number of promising partnerships, joining the NVIDIA Metropolis Platform, securing a patent for its Safe Sense traffic violation reporting app, and launching a new tool to calculate emissions savings from automated bus lane enforcement.
