Role
Who you are
- You have gained a university degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, IT or in a similar discipline
- You have 3+ years of proven work experience within Sales or in a similar role, preferably in the software industry
- You have 1y+ of proven experience in running the full sales cycle, with main focus on building pipeline
- You are persistent, creative and reliable - you bring the motivation required to drive multiple experiments to understand and connect with our target customers
- You are a self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas to convince prospects, eager for pro-active pipeline management while keeping your deals up to date
- Your experience in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or Hubspot) is a plus
- You have outstanding oral and written ability in Dutch and English
- Experience selling to Procurement, Finance or IT personas previously is a plus
- You are comfortable working remotely (we don't have a permanent office)
- You are based in Germany or Spain
What the job involves
- Drive Business Growth in BeNeLux: Proactively research the market, identify key target accounts, and use creative strategies to build new business relationships and explore opportunities
- Create opportunities: Use tools like LinkedIn, Hubspot and Apollo to research accounts, find key contacts, and craft personalized messages and calls that open doors
- Own a High-Impact Sales Pipeline: Build, manage and nurture your own pipeline of prospects, preparing them with insights and closing them with skill and passion
- Be the Face of Sastrify: Master our product’s benefits and showcase how it meets customer needs, sparking interest and building trust
- Spot Trends and Build Influence: Stay ahead of industry trends, grow your network, and create engaging content to attract and connect with prospects

Our take
Sastrify’s highly automated platform helps companies, mainly small to medium-sized, optimise their SaaS procurement and spending. It’s a smart model as the SaaS industry continues to boom, meaning companies are often at risk of overspending on superfluous tools.
Though only launched in 2020 by a pair of former mobility industry entrepreneurs, Sastrify has shown remarkable growth, already being used by unicorn startups such as Gorillas and sennder.
Through proper investment and strategic partnerships (with companies such as Capchase), Sastrify is aiming to accelerate sales and product development in Europe, the US, and beyond. 2023 funding will help it meet the growing demand for its services by scaling its teams in the US and Europe and further developing its product.
