Who you are

  • We’re looking for candidates with a strong background in Software Sales at the B2B Enterprise level
  • At least 10+ years of sales experience working within a SaaS company in a critical product scale-up phase with long-cycle sales
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts in a SaaS environment
  • You ideally have an experience in a "Startup" environment (not only in medium or large organizations)
  • You are comfortable in mapping complex organizations to identify key stakeholders to reach out to and influence
  • You are both a farmer and a hunter, and you like it :)
  • You have a deep interest, or even better experience, in Sustainability

What the job involves

  • As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will support the scale-up of our market presence by driving sales in the North American market
  • Contribute to our pipeline generation by identifying and qualifying leads by various prospecting methods (direct contact of targeted high-level profiles, participation in events, etc.) - 30% of our leads are expected to come from our AE team
  • Manage the sales process from end-to-end, from lead generation to contract signature (typically 3 to 9 months process)
  • Nurture relationships with your accounts to secure renewal and identify (and manage) upsell opportunities
  • Be accountable for data quality in our CRM (HubSpot), leverage our CRM to monitor key KPIs (sales funnel, conversion rates, process length, etc.), and define strategies to improve with the rest of the sales team
  • Identify, structure, and summarize feedback from field experience to internal teams: implementation team to ensure smooth implementation process, product team to influence product roadmap definition and priorities, etc
  • Within the Sales team, you will report directly to our VP Sales and work alongside other Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Solutions Engineers
  • You will also work closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams amongst others
