Role
Who you are
- Machinify is seeking a Data Scientist, a proven AI practitioner. Our ideal has proven experience impacting the growth of expanding SaaS companies by delivering data analysis with success in maximizing business outcomes
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and visualizing data
- 6+ years of experience owning business analysis, preferably within a SaaS
- Ability to identify actionable insights from business problems/situations
- Polished presentation skills, presenting data and findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Passion for tackling complex challenges in a dynamic industry that touches millions of lives
- You’re a strategic thinker with a sharp attention to detail, able to navigate complexity while keeping the bigger picture in focus
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in taking ownership, leading projects from concept to completion with confidence

What the job involves
- This opportunity will influence our product road map and produce key insights critical to executive level decisions
- Harness your experience in business consulting and leverage cutting-edge AI/ML technology, including advanced LLMs, to revolutionize payer operations in healthcare
- Drive real-world impact, lead innovative initiatives, and be the change agent pushing the boundaries of data-driven healthcare solutions!
- Analyze business situations to explain current state and forecast outcomes with data driven analysis and presenting to senior and executive level leadership
- Own performance objectives for key clients and stakeholders
- Closely monitor performance vs expectation
- Device analytical strategies (incl. business process changes) to optimize business outcomes
- Partner with various stakeholders Product/Data Science/Engineering/Data Engineering
- Influence product roadmap to deliver optimized business results
- Be the product owner for key analytical artifacts. Work closely with Data Engineering to setup requisite backend infrastructure that supports analysis
