Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Excel/Sheets, SQL, etc
- Experience with attribution modeling, marketing mix analysis, and/or media performance evaluation
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience working with marketing teams across multiple markets is a big plus
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, curious mindset
What the job involves
- This position is placed at our office in Berlin where we apply a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from home
- You will be reporting directly to Chief Growth Officer
- We're looking for a data-savvy Marketing Analyst to join our growing Marketing team
- In this role, you’ll turn data into insights and help guide strategic decisions across performance marketing, CRM, brand campaigns, and more
- You'll work closely with channel owners, local marketing teams, and product & tech to ensure we make the most of our data to grow efficiently and sustainably
- Build and maintain dashboards to track performance across all marketing channels (paid, organic, partnerships, CRM, etc.)
- Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and ROI/CAC
- Partner with Country Managers and Marketing Managers to localize insights and optimize for different markets
- Support media buying decisions with CAC & LTV data
- Conduct cohort analysis, A/B test evaluations, and funnel performance reviews
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams to ensure tracking is consistent and scalable
- Champion a unified approach to marketing data by helping define and maintain a single source of truth, ensuring consistency in metrics, definitions, and reporting across markets and channels
- Make sure findings are presented to stakeholders in a clear and efficient way

Our take
Lassie is aiming to disrupt the pet insurance space with its preventative, mobile app-based insurance for dogs and cats. The idea is to make insurance easier for pet owners, collecting all their policy information in one accessible place, as well as supplying information for them to help their pets lead healthier lives.
Developed in close collaboration with veterinarians and animal care experts, the app gives users access to courses and tips tailored to the breed of their animal, including information on any conditions and diseases that are more prevalent in that breed. The insurance policies are provided by Dina Försäkring, with Lassie acting as an intermediary in that regard.
The pet insurance space is certainly ripe for innovation, with traditional policies often inadequate and confusing, and this is clear in the fact that Lassie is the highest rated pet insurance on Trustpilot. Recent Series B funding will be used to develop Lassie’s team and products, such as its in-app sale of health products for pets, and expand beyond its core bases of Germany and Sweden.
