- Mainframe Software Configuration Management, specifically Endevor
- Mainframe (IBM), zOS, MVS, TSO, REXX, JCL, ISPF
- Diverse technical experience

- We're looking for a Service Engineer to join our Cloud DevOps team
- You'll be working in a collaborative fashion with the Mainframe Software Configuration Management (zSCM) tools team, playing a vital role in maintaining flawless performance and contributing to the success of our innovative projects
- Engage in collaboration with various teams to understand service requirements and accomplish their seamless execution
- Proactively monitor and maintain the stability and performance of systems and applications by diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring smooth operations with minimal disruptions
- Create and manage comprehensive documentation, ensuring precision, currency and thoroughness
- Technical Roadmaps and strategic direction of the Lloyds Mainframe Software Configuration Management and Deployment tooling, leadership and training
- Implementation of new complex technical solutions (including DevOps), within an enterprise environment by collaborating closely with individuals involved to gather requirements enabling the design of efficient systems
- Role modelling behaviours across teams
- Providing out of hours support, and flexible, independent working
- Working with Vendors to develop practical solutions, including influencing vendor roadmaps
- Automating and simplifying processes
