Who you are
- While this role does not need to work in a Juniper Square office, the candidate must be located in the New York, Boston, Chicago, or Miami metro area
- 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, financial services sales role or equivalent fund accounting/operations experience with exposure to Private Equity
- Track record of building enduring relationships
- Eagerness to deeply understand our market and potential clients’ needs
- Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to executive audiences
- Track record of demonstrating integrity and adherence to company values
What the job involves
- Juniper Square is seeking Account Executives, in New York, Boston, Chicago, and Miami, to join our private equity sales team
- This team is primarily focused on selling fund administration solutions to PE investment managers
- We are already one of the fastest growing administrators in real estate and venture capital, and private equity is where we’re focused next
- With enormous ambitions and best-in-class solutions, this team is poised to quickly become one of Juniper Square’s largest revenue generators
- The tailwinds are incredible – our administration solution offers what no other provider has, both an industry-leading team, with hundreds of collective years of private equity fund administration experience, and the private market’s most powerful, purpose-built AI
- The only pieces we need to complete the puzzle are hungry sellers, who make it their mission to deliver valuable solutions for our customers
- Own the entire sales cycle with private equity investment managers, from relationship development and lead generation to close
- Run a consultative sales process, developing a deep understanding of clients’ needs and matching them to Juniper Square solutions
- Develop trusted relationships with other service providers in the private equity industry, including tax, audit, legal, and banking firms
- Maintain a constant presence in the field, hosting and attending events, including small events with select customers and prospects, events with service provider partners, and industry conferences
- Work closely with other teams, including business development, pre-sales solutions consulting, marketing, and fund accounting, on sales pursuits and to continually level up our skills, strategies, and industry knowledge
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets

Juniper Square is an investment management solutions platform that aims to empower LPs (Limited Partners) and GPs (General Partners) to expand opportunities through partnerships and make the world of private equity more transparent, efficient, and accessible. With a suite of tools that focus on CRM, fundraising, investor reporting, and an investor portal, the company has modernised and streamlined private equity management for companies such as Beacon Capital Partners, Bell Partners, and Greystar.
Founded in 2014, Juniper Square were immediately in direct competition with analytical monolith Microsoft Excel, as well as popular equity management apps like Fundwave. However, the platform has exceeded expectations, in part because of its fluid and longer-term focused software solutions that have innovated what was previously archaic and error-ridden under Excel.
Serving almost 2000 GPs, Juniper Square supports tens of thousands of investment partnerships, covering hundreds of billions in LP capital. The company has raised substantial funding that will be used to fuel rapid growth, accelerate innovation, and expand its services.
