Role
Who you are
- A successful candidate has the ability to build champions, have executive level contacts, work a campaign from start to finish and is flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations
- You must be extremely results driven, have a history of exceeding quota, customer focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building relationships
- 5+ years of SLED sales experience
- 10+ years of solution selling experience with significant experience selling software security and/or infrastructure security products to corporate enterprises
- Knowledge of SLED procurement processes
- Hunter mentality focused on driving new logos
- Track record on closing seven-figure transactions
- History of exceeding software sales quotas through strategic selling skills
- A highly consultative sales professional with superb communication and closing skills
- Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
- Experience and credibility selling at the CxO and senior sales business manager level
- Ability to work remotely and able and willing to travel on short notice, up to 25% of the time
- Established strong and continuous partner relationships
- Technical acumen but with the ability to relate it with business value
- Self-motivated and the high capacity to multitask
- Collaborate with operative peers across functions (including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development) to create visibility and drive engagement
- Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company
- Knowledge of MEDDPIC and Salesforce proficiency
What the job involves
- As SLED Regional Seller or Account Executive at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our sales team, collaborating to deliver the latest security and identity products
- You will be responsible for taking Semperis’ product capabilities and value to net new SLED (State & Local Government, K-12 and Higher Education) clients, connect our solutions to solve customer business needs, and help our partners and clients minimize the threat landscape
