Role

Who you are

  • A successful candidate has the ability to build champions, have executive level contacts, work a campaign from start to finish and is flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations
  • You must be extremely results driven, have a history of exceeding quota, customer focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building relationships
  • 5+ years of SLED sales experience
  • 10+ years of solution selling experience with significant experience selling software security and/or infrastructure security products to corporate enterprises
  • Knowledge of SLED procurement processes
  • Hunter mentality focused on driving new logos
  • Track record on closing seven-figure transactions
  • History of exceeding software sales quotas through strategic selling skills
  • A highly consultative sales professional with superb communication and closing skills
  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Experience and credibility selling at the CxO and senior sales business manager level
  • Ability to work remotely and able and willing to travel on short notice, up to 25% of the time
  • Established strong and continuous partner relationships
  • Technical acumen but with the ability to relate it with business value
  • Self-motivated and the high capacity to multitask
  • Collaborate with operative peers across functions (including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development) to create visibility and drive engagement
  • Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company
  • Knowledge of MEDDPIC and Salesforce proficiency

What the job involves

  • As SLED Regional Seller or Account Executive at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our sales team, collaborating to deliver the latest security and identity products
  • You will be responsible for taking Semperis’ product capabilities and value to net new SLED (State & Local Government, K-12 and Higher Education) clients, connect our solutions to solve customer business needs, and help our partners and clients minimize the threat landscape

Leadership

Mickey began his technical career in the Israeli Navy computing technical unit. Before co-founding Semperis, they were the CTO of a Microsoft gold partner integration company, YouCC Technologies, and Senior Infrastructure Specialist at Bank Leumi, where they led the implementation of critical commercial systems.

Prior to co-founding Semperis, Guy was a Senior Premier Field Engineer at Microsoft, acting as lead and mentor for Active Directory. They have managed Microsoft infrastructure upgrade projects and support services at SmartX, Team Computers and Hewlett-Packard Laboratories.

Matan Liberman

(General Manager, Israel)

Matan began their career as a Software Engineer for the Israeli Defence Force and was promoted to Development Team Leader. They are currently the General Manager for the Israel Branch of Semperis and are involved in research and development.
