Role
Who you are
- We are looking for someone with years of experience as a Creative Developer or Unity Developer in mobile games
- Strong Unity + C# expertise, confidently modifying existing games, gameplay, mechanics, visuals, and features while debugging and optimizing your work
- Creative + technical mindset, able to turn creative ideas into engaging gameplay variations, prototypes, and high-performing ad concepts quickly
- Strong mobile gaming and creative understanding, with a player-centric approach and knowledge of performance creatives, playable ads, and social/mobile ad trends
- Fast prototyping and iteration skills, balancing speed and quality in a high-volume, test-and-learn creative environment
- Autonomous and collaborative approach, working closely with Creative, Game Dev, and UA teams and using performance data to iterate on concepts
- Bonus: experience with AI-assisted creative/development workflows, Blender, Photoshop, shaders, VFX, or building Unity tools for Creative teams
What the job involves
- Contract setup: This is a full-time freelance opportunity, structured around project needs, with flexible duration depending on the scope and evolution of the projects
- As a Creative Developer, you will sit at the intersection of game development, creative production, and performance marketing. Your mission is to use Unity and C# to rapidly modify existing games, prototype new gameplay ideas, and build tools that help the Creative team produce and test high-performing ads faster
- Modify and prototype gameplay in Unity: new mechanics, visuals, features, UI, cameras, and gameplay variations
- Build tools for Creative teams: create flexible Unity apps and internal tools for video and playable-ad production
- Produce rapid iterations: create multiple game variations to test hooks, mechanics, visuals, and player experiences
- Own technical quality: debug, fix issues, optimize performance, and ensure features work reliably
- Iterate from performance data: use ad results and learnings to improve creative concepts and gameplay
- Contribute to ideation: participate in brainstorming and propose new gameplay, creative, and technical ideas
- Explore new technologies: leverage AI, and emerging tools to increase production speed and creativity

The company has raised an impressive level of funding that will be used to improve its tech stack and expand into web3 and NFTs, and it has acquired and partnered with other technologies towards this next goal.
