Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record with 2+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, showcasing proficiency in designing and implementing data solutions
- Proficiency in utilizing data warehouse technologies like Snowflake and database systems such as MySQL, demonstrating practical knowledge in managing structured data
- Extensive experience working with streaming and big data platforms like Kafka and Spark, as well as workflow systems including Airflow and DBT, showcasing expertise in handling large-scale data processing
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, illustrating the ability to develop robust data pipelines and algorithms
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS, indicating a solid understanding of cloud-based data infrastructure
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to drive successful data initiatives

- Maintain a stringent focus on data accuracy and correctness, particularly in business and user engagement data, to uphold data integrity and reliability
